Year ender post

In a few hours it will be year 2008. Since i did it last year i thought ill make it again as a year ender post.

1. What did you do in 2007 that you’d never done before?
Worked, worked, worked, got sick, sicked, got well then worked again its a cycle!

2. Did you keep your new years’ resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I did and will still keep the same new years resolution, not to make one hehehe

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
My younger sister Sakee to a beautiful baby girl named, Yzabella!

4. Did anyone close to you die?
My nephew in Davao at the age of three.

5. What countries did you visit?
Philippines, Japan, USA

6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
Peace of mind

August 2007

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Learning to say NO

Sometimes love aint enough

Bronchitis

Laptop!

My nephew Nikko.

Plane tickets, pasalubong, travelling, etc

BALIK means to come back.

BAYAN means hometown or homeland.

So if you put the words together,

BALIKBAYAN means someone who is coming back home.

Balikbayan Box is filled with various gifts and goodies that range from cds, shoes, lotions, canned goods etc sent or brought by Filipinos leaving abroad to be given to relatives and friends back in their homeland, the Philippines
